How is my U.S. domestic order shipped?

All U.S. domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground within 48 hours of the order being initiated. Orders that weigh less than 16 oz. will be shipped via USPS First Class. Orders that weigh more than 16 oz. will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground depending on geographical destination. Most 16 oz. + orders that have an East Coast / West Coast destination are shipped via UPS Ground. Regardless of shipping method all orders are shipped with a USPS or UPS Ground tracking number. All orders are shipped from Kansas City, Missouri.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes the prices are a bit outrageous but we do ship internationally to any country that the United States Postal Service delivers to via a combination of USPS First-Class International and USPS Priority Mail International. All orders weighing less than 4 lbs. will be shipped via USPS First-Class International. Order tracking availability depends on country destination.
